An exotic menu with handpicked spices from Jammu & Kashmir is prepared to take you to the journey of flavours. Relish the famous regional dishes like Rajma – Chawal, Khatta Meat, Gobhi, TabakMaaz, Yakhani, Rogan Josh, Goshtaba, Dum Aaloo, HakSaag, Kahwaa and many more.

To maintain the authentic taste, Chef Gulzar, a renowned chef from J & K who has delighted many with his mystic cooking, is being specially flown in. He would be personally overseeing the event and will be the master chef behind the menu.
