Park Plaza Hotel Noida the ultimate fun destination for good food is all set to delight the food lovers with ‘Punjabi Food Festival’ being featured at New Town Café(NTC), on till 28 February, 2017. The hotel’s aim is to familiarize the guests with authentic Punjabi cuisine including exotic delicacies. Meal for two is priced at Rs. 2898+ taxes
There is more to Punjabi cuisine than the usual dal makhni and butter chicken. “These are restaurant dishes that hardly ever make an appearance on the traditional Punjabi table,” shares Chef Rishi Kapoor the hotel’s Executive Chef, who has curated the Punjab food festival at Park Plaza Noida. The 10-day food festival will introduce city gourmands to the rich, cultural diversity of the state.
The menu includes an almost forgotten beverage known as Kaali Gajar di Kaanji, pickles like Gobhi Shalgam and Meat Da Achaar, and main course dishes such as Kotkapura Atta Chicken (origins in the historic city of Kotkapur), Macchi De Pakode, Pind Da Saag, Harey Chholiya Da Pulao with Maa Chholey Di Daal as well as desserts like Gurh Wale Chawal and Makhane Di Kheer.
To gel with the ambience the restaurant will be decorated with props and staff would be attired in Punjabi finery.
